The after-sales service and return
system of FourPlusOne
In order to protect the vital interests of customers, base on the spirit of fairness,justice, mutual benefit, mutual trust principle, Our Fourplusone have developed a good after-sales service and return system. As for our clients,when you are clearing customs,please take seriously checking the inventory and package. If the package is damaged ,in wrong number and the quality is not match,please give us feedback in time. In order to protect the vital interests of customers, improve our system construction and service levels, please read the following carefully

One:Returns accepted range

1st.Please carefully check the bill of lading and packing list when goods are delivered, if found the goods is incorrect and inconsistent ,to ensure the interests of customers, allow customers to inform us in time then the sales need make timely business records and give feedback to factory.

2nd.Customers apply for the return of the product must be the same batch of products, return time system is according to the same batch goods receiving - to apply for a span.

Two: Returns conditions

When apply return, the customer must be issued:1st.The goods in problem (including the gift)
2nd.packing list,bill of lading,invoice and other proof
(the customers need keep the relative proof well)3rd.the relative clear detail picture for problem goods;
4th.The relative clear outside package for problem goods
5th.Returns products must be non-human causes

Three: Return implementation period

1st.Within 7days, if the products are in quality problem and within the range of the return system,satisfy the return condition,we will return the goods for free and bear all the shipping fee.

2nd.Within a month, if the products are in quality problem and within the range of the return system,satisfy the return condition, we will return the goods for free and the shipping fee is borne by both parties, each pay half.

3rd.Within three months, if the products are in quality problem and within the range of the return system,satisfy the return condition, we will return the goods for free but the shipping fee should be borne by the customer.

4th.We offer our customers total product warranty period is one year. Specific problems can be re-negotiated.

5th.Return time span is beginning of receipt the goods and closing of the client application.Please strictly enforced.

Due to the uncertainty of the transaction and other uncontrollable situation, please kindly give us timely feedback if there is in other cases.
